एक साल के बाद, जब सुनीता के कॉलेज में कम्पनियाँ आयी तब सुनीता ने सभी कम्पनियों का फॉर्म भर दिया। हर जगह प्रयास किया कि उसे कहीं अच्छी जगह नौकरी मिल जाये। कड़ी मेहनत के बाद, उसे निराशा ही हाथ लगी, उसे हर जगह से ना ही सुनने को मिला और ऐसा तो होना ही था क्योंकि उसने अपने कॉलेज का पूरा समय बस मौज मस्ती में ही निकल दिया। अब बहुत ही दुखी मन से वह संगीता के पास आयी और उसे अपनी पूरी कहानी बताई। संगीता को यह सुनकर बहुत बुरा लगा कि इतने अच्छे कॉलेज में होने के बावजूद सुनीता को खाली हाथ आना पड़ा। संगीता ने सुनीता को समझाया कि किस तरह उसने अपने पूरे कॉलेज के दौरान केवल मौज मस्ती की और पढ़ाई या किसी भी अन्य कला पर ध्यान नहीं दिया। सुनीता को यह महसूस हुआ कि संगीता सही कह रही थी और उसे इस बात का बहुत पछतावा हुआ। संगीता ने सुनीता को बताया कि उसके कंपनी में कुछ पद खाली हैं और सुनीता उनके लिए इंटरव्यू दे सकती है। सुनीता ने उन सभी पद के लिए फॉर्म भर दिया, संगीता की मदद से और अपनी मेहनत से उसने खूब अच्छी तैयारी कर ली। कुछ दिन बाद, जब इंटरव्यू के परिणाम आये तो सुनीता भी उस कंपनी के लिए चुन ली गयी। सुनीता की आँखों में ख़ुशी के आँसू थे और उसने संगीता से माफ़ी माँगी। सुनीता ने संगीता को कहा कि वह काफी घमंडी हो गयी थी क्योंकि उसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ कॉलेज मिला था। वह यह सोचती थी कि अब तो उसे बिना किसी मेहनत के ही सफलता मिल जाएगी। सुनीता और संगीता फिर से बहुत अच्छे दोस्त बन गए और दोनों पूरी मेहनत से काम करने लगे।

Translation

After one year, when companies came to Sunita’s college, Sunita filled the form of all the companies. Tried everywhere that she should get a job somewhere. After so much of hustle, she was left disappointed, she had to face rejections from everywhere and it was bound to happen because she spent the entire time of her college just enjoying and having fun. Then, she came to Sangeeta with a very heavy heart and told her the entire story. Sangeeta felt extremely sorry to hear that despite being in such a good college, Sunita had to go empty-handed. Sangeeta explained Sunita how she only enjoyed and had fun during her entire college and did not focus on studies or any other field. Sunita realized that Sangeeta was right and she regretted it. Sangeeta told Sunita that some positions were vacant in her company and Sunita could give an interview for them. Sunita filled the form for all those posts, with the help of Sangeeta and hard work she prepared very well. A few days later, when the results of the interview came, Sunita was also selected for that company. Sunita had tears of joy in her eyes and apologized to Sangeeta. Sunita told Sangeeta that she had become very arrogant as she got the best college. She used to think that now she would get success without any hard work. Sunita and Sangeeta became very good friends again and both started working hard.
